Abstract

This review explores the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, focusing on personalized learning and equity. The paper discusses various AI technologies and their implications, highlighting insights from Tao & Pan (2025) and Ghimire & Qiu (2025) among others. It identifies the potential challenges such as algorithmic bias and socio-economic disparities that can hinder the equitable application of AI tools in educational contexts. Major themes include the necessity for cultural adaptability and the enhancement of learning outcomes through AI-driven methods. The review concludes with recommendations for future research directions, emphasizing the ongoing need to address ethical concerns and promote equitable access to AI resources in education.
